Figured I would take a break from working on my model and arms... and legs. Hands too. Can't have bad hands if there are no hands, right? We'll roll with that.
There's three major categories represented in the LoRA: armless, legless, and quad/quad amputee. Quad is the strongest, with the other two being more hit-or-miss. I also recommend keeping the resolution below 832x832 unless you are trying to make tittypedes or conjoined women. It also works best with less prompt length but can still produce acceptable results with the right prompt.
As far as strength is concerned, 1 is about your best bet. All sample images were generated at a strength of 1 with epiCRealism.

I've been working on a model with that as a focus. It has been a crawl without a powerful GPU or 32+ to throw at it.

@waaz1d383 Yeah. Sometimes I get something akin to Vishnu or some other Indian god with extra limbs. Floating feet are also an interesting one to see.

When I use this lora with epicrealism it messes up the quality and the face, any solution?
Try looking at the prompts I used for the example images. It tends to respond poorly to embeddings, so it could be that. You could also try adding steps to see if that helps.
