I find using a LoRA weight of 0.3 and a trigger word weight of 1.1 to be optimal:

If you're only getting closeups of her, try to reduce the weight of the LoRA and/or trigger word, moving the trigger word further down the prompt, or describe her body, especially lower body like shoes in greater detail near the front.
