I trained this one for personal use but it turned out fairly good so I figured I would share.
I focused on realistic penises (both small and large) instead of the cartoon monsters you usually see around here.
The training images do not include faces, so they won’t influence appearance. If you want heads in your images, be sure to specify facial expressions or features.

Sure thing! However, keep in mind this is my frist attempt at Lora training ever and I'm by no means an expert, its completely possible this one came out halfway decent by absolute coincidence.
I used Runpod + Ostris AIToolkit, I followed this tutorial almost to a tee https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kmve1_jiDpQ. Runpod is paid, but you really can do it with under 10 dollars. (You could also run it locally, but I don't have that kind of machine)
The only real change I made was adjusting the steps from 3000 to 7500, that seemed to be the sweetspot to train a concept like this that just does not exist in the base model. Adjust the prompts for the demo images to the kinds of things you wanna see the Lora do, that way you can check on progress as it trains.
As for the training images, that took some time, use high quality images, different angles and zoom levels, caption in detail only what you are training for, you can keep the rest vague. My first attempts included faces, but that just changed everyones appearance to much, so I cropped every head out. Then, I had to add more variety of skin colors cause everything was leaning towards caucasian. It took some trial and error, this is actually the 7th version.

What are you using for skin texture or could you give an example prompt? Every skin Lora i tried makes men look even more plasticy than base ZIT and the skin in your examples looks absolutely amazing
