It's a decent LoRA in terms of character accuracy and fidelity, but the dataset likely wasn't cleaned at all because every generated image has heavy artifacting and grain around the line art.
Character accuracy is good, but like the other poster said, the artifacting around the lineart is really bad. Lowering the LoRA to 0.5-0.7 and an ungodly number of steps helps, but even so...
