So many terms for the female mammary glands, and as a girl this is one of my favourites.

It's basically an enhancer LoRA and works great to create the girl of your dreams, built just the way you want her to be.

The higher you push the LoRA, the ethnicity seems to decline... so you may want to add more weight to the specifics in the prompt.
