I would also recommend the 2 samplers workflow suggested here:

It gave me very good results even when adding loras, while the wf with single sampler produced bad images
"UnboundLocalError: cannot access local variable 'model' where it is not associated with a value"
It returns this error on the ModelPathLoader.
You need to update the ComfyUI if you're using the Gihub version, just right click and open a terminal where ComfyUI is located and run: " git pull "(assuming you have Git), then restart the ComfyUI.
