I have only tested this model using the following:

• Sampler: Euler A

• Steps: 25-30

• Clip Skip: 2

• CFG Scale: 7-8

• Resolution: 832 x 1216

Is ADetailer recommended?

Personally, I wouldn't say it's recommended, given the fact that I got decent eyes and expressions without using ADetailer.
However, it sometimes does mess up a character's eyes, from what I've seen so far, so a pass through an ADetailer wouldn't hurt if you come across this.
