looks like a fairly standard ohogao face, depending on your checkpoint you might not even need a LORA, but there's plenty of them around you can download
I've tried different ahegao lora, but I particularly like the ahegao in this image. Especially the "funny face" of this expression is hard to create with other lora. I haven't found a lora I like yet.
