I realized the site doesn't like the "Shroud" tag in SFW images, but they don't see any problem with NSFW images at all. So just remove that tag, but don't remove the appearance tags. Then the appearance won't change, which is odd. But in NSFW, you don't have to touch anything at all. Again, this is only a problem if you're creating images on the site.
