Ok, I dont know why or how, but the prompt "Animal Crossing" is absolutely necessary for the resulting character to resemble Eloise at all.

At full 1.0 weight for "Animal Crossing", she'll look exactly like in-game Eloise, with flat stump limbs and big ol head. For doing anthro versions, turn weight down between 0.1 and 0.7. Also put hands, fingers in the prompt (hooves in negative) if having trouble.

Straight-on view doesnt look very good.
