LoRA for realistic tentacles doin all manner of things . I'd suggest .8 strength with res_2s and kl_optimal. The z image turbo is ok, I don't think the model's quite ready for the dataset.

It works, but it blows away a character lora's face and other trained details that a tentacle might overlap or interact with.
The z image version in particular seems married to a particular face, which is odd cause it’s the same dataset as the chroma version. I’m expanding the dataset currently for a second revision with more body types, facial characteristics. Are you using the z image version? You might try lowering the strength of the Lora, or doing a second pass with in-painting to apply your character Lora
@largedoug Yup, i tried all that. :) In general it's a good model tho, nice job. I suspect we'll see a lot of "face is changed" comments until the full Z-image model comes out,.
