The tattoo is very inconsistent, which I think is just how AI is. It works fine with her costume, but then if you try to use it outside of that it really doesn't put an accurate placement of it on her at all.

Tattoo is a very general tag. Its actually got a lot of subtags (e.g., "shoulder tattoo", "arm tattoo") that I'd recommend using over the base one when one is appropriate. No idea how much of a fix it alone would be here though (it certainly won't make the design super consistent).
Makes sense. Next time I'll try a different tag to see if that helps.
