This is a LORA designed to generate images featuring a pose where breasts are covered by an arm (udebura).
Here are my key points of focus:
Covering is done by the arm, not just the palms of the hands.
The breasts are deformed/compressed due to the arm pressure.
Maintaining the pose even when adding tags related to the areola (e.g. "large areolae"), and ensuring the areola is peeking out from the arm or hand.

Generally, using the trigger word udebura should be enough to trigger the pose. You typically do not need to use covering breasts (as it may lead to poses where the hands cover the chest). You may try using it if the pose cannot be consistently generated.
It is also possible to have just one nipple exposed, for those who are interested in experimenting. (Refer to the second sample image.)
If the subject has extra fingers, try adding extra digits to the negative prompt, which may help. (However, I recommend simply changing the seed or editing the image afterwards.)

「udebura」を入れただけでも大体ポーズは再現されますので、一般的には「covering breasts」を使う必要はないです（手ブラになってしまうことがあるので）。どうしても安定しない場合は入れて見てください。
片方の乳首だけポロリさせたりも出来ますので、自分で工夫してみてください。（サンプル2枚目のメロンさんを参考してね。）
もし指が増えた場合はネガティブにextra digitsを入れてみてください、気休め程度の効果がある。（シードを変えたり、生成後ペイントソフトを使った方がおすすめだよ）

这是一个用来表现用手臂遮挡胸部姿势的lora。
以下是我的关注点：
用手臂遮挡，而不是用两个手掌。
乳房因为手臂的挤压而变形。
当加入“large areolae”等乳晕关联的tag时维持pose，并且从手臂或手掌边可以窥见乳晕。

一般来说使用udebura就可以触发pose，不需要用到covering breasts（因为可能会变成用手掌遮挡的姿势）。实在是无法稳定触发的情况下可以尝试。
其实单独一边露出乳头什么的也是可以的，比较有钻研精神的同学可以自己玩玩看。（参考一下样图第二张的美蓉）
如果手指变多可以尝试在negative中加入extra digits，可能会有用。（但我建议直接换seed，或者生成以后自己ps。）
