The main drawback is that it cannot properly draw an X-ray view where it did not originally exist. This means that this view must be prepared in advance in the image, which creates problems. P.S. In your examples there is only one with this behavior, in others, the passage remains the right size for a penis even after it is pulled out. Is this because your dataset included more examples of it not being closed? Btw, how large is your dataset? How many images/videos?

For vaginal penetration/thrusting scenes, I've found that running only this LoRA is effective. Stacking it with others can often lead to anatomical conflicts.
