It's a very interesting concept, cramming 11 outfits into a single Lora. It may seem efficient, but it's very difficult to manage this way. You have to remember where it was, what it was called, on the shield, quite difficult to operate, which in the end will reduce its value to zero and no one will use it, because no one will remember all these details.

Yes, I agree, the drawbacks you mentioned are quite significant. Preparing such a dataset is a whole separate kind of pain. BUT there are two very serious advantages. The first one is the training cost: one set is 1000 credits. Nine sets are only 2000 credits in total. The second advantage is the ability to combine outfits and the overall flexibility and variety. And in my work, that matters more.
But I understand why this might discourage people.
@JohnTzee Unfortunately, I don't know how to create LORA. I would like to, but... maybe someday. In any case, I generally prefer to work on my personal computer, so the only costs for me would be the time spent learning the techniques and creating LORA. ✌
