So much slower than v6, like 25x slower to generate.
v6 - SDXL = 2Bn params, this v7 is AuraFlow - way more bigger model = hence the speed
Tested this out. First i ran into an error when loading and running the workflow without any changes. I struggled to figure it out. i then ran the official sample workflow from hugging face pony v7 model and it ran without issue. i then tried changing width to match width of the official workflow, and it ran without errors. TLDR you have an invalid with in this workflow which will cause people like me a lot of time trying to figure out how to fix it.
2nd issue i have is this is way to slow. it's actually slower to generate an image on the default resolution from the official pony 7 workflow on your workflow then generating wan 2.2 videos for me. lol. I'm not impressed so far, but this is likely no fault of this workflow creator, just seems pony 7 is incredibly slow. 3 minutes on a 4090 and only taking half my vram.
i'm also sad to say my biggest gripe with most image generators is painted looking eyes, jagged eyes, just awful eyes on almost all the old style image generator models like pony and this one still remains. The default image looks okay for everything but the eyes, the pupils look painted.
this workflow helps you to learn new stuff, not just basic one - like click-to-generate --> your skills are becoming more perfected and supreme ;)
I recommend to use the first version of advanced workflow that uses heavy Clownshark sampler only once just to get bare minimum okay quality from image generation and prevent to generate garbage quality like it happens on official workflow. The speed of generation will be like Chroma HD with usual euler sampler, but Chroma HD doesn’t require heavy Clownshark sampler to get bare minimum acceptable quality.
The latest version of advanced workflow uses Clownshar samplers several times, so it generates even more slower than Chroma HD. So, maybe it’s better to switch to the Chroma HD instead on such case.
