This is FLUX/CHROMA LORA of VOCALOID character, Megurine Luka in nurse uniform outfit. I bet training it with FLUX could be much better compared to training it with SDXL and its derivatives. Compatible with FLUX or CHROMA-based checkpoints and also can be used with other LORAs as well (usage may vary depending on its image generator configuration settings). Remember to use a suitable model for its LORAs. Using CHROMA LORA with FLUX model and vice versa will produces undesirable images.

Note: Using it in offline PC requires an Nvidia GPU card with at least 12GB or higher for Windows/Linux. For MacOS, MacPro (high unified RAM model) or Hackintosh with at least 64GB of RAM and also a compatible Intel/AMD/Apple GPU with Metal3 API support required.
