在 1.3 版本中,「头部出框 / 构图截断」已经得到稳定解决,也得到了很多积极反馈。同时,也有不少用户希望在保持构图稳定的前提下,画面质感和风格张力能再更强一点。
基于这些诉求,我们带来了 MiaoMiao RealSkin 1.4。
✅ 版本定位说明
MiaoMiao RealSkin 1.4 = 继承 1.3 构图稳定性 + 增强版画风与质感
构图与头部稳定性 完整继承 1.3:1.3 中已经解决的「头部脱框 / 头部出画」问题在 1.4 中继续保持,无需担心构图再次“翻车”。
画风整体「更猛、更有味道」:在 1.3 的基础上,对光影、色彩、对比度以及整体气质进行了系统调校,默认出图更有氛围感和冲击力。
质感进一步升级:皮肤层次更通透,体积感与微细瑕疵表现更自然。毛孔、皮肤高光、细微反光等细节更精细。头发、布料、配饰等非皮肤区域的细节清晰度也同步优化。
依旧基于 MiaoMiao Harem V1.9 概念体系:延续 MiaoMiao Harem 一贯的构图风格与易用度,不用堆砌复杂提示词,也能轻松出图。
✅ 当前已知状况与说明(重要)
需要提前说明的是:
1.4 在「手脚 / 肢体稳定性」方面,与 1.3 基本处于同一水平,并未进行大规模肢体重训。
在常规姿势下:表现稳定,可满足日常出图需求。
在复杂或极端姿势下(如大幅度扭转、遮挡严重、多人交互等):仍有概率出现手指形态异常、脚部结构不自然等情况,这部分会在后续版本中重点加强。
换句话说:
👉 1.4 的主要升级点在于「画面质感与风格表现力」,而不是「肢体结构大改」。
肢体问题我们已经记录在案,会在接下来的版本中集中解决。

接下来围绕 RealSkin 系列的优化方向将包括:
手部与脚部的结构稳定性重训与专项优化
复杂 / 动态姿势下的肢体连贯性与透视合理性
与场景、服装、道具等元素的互动表现(遮挡、支撑关系、光影一致性)
在保持质感的前提下,进一步提升泛化能力与风格适配范围
RealSkin 1.4 将作为后续大版本的画风与质感基础版本,后续的肢体升级也会优先在此分支上推进。
✅ 升级建议
仍在使用 v1.1 / v1.2 / v1.25 的用户:建议直接升级到 MiaoMiao RealSkin 1.4。在构图完整性、头部稳定性和画面质感上,都会是跨代提升。
当前正在使用 RealSkin 1.3 的用户:如果你想要:保持 1.3 的构图稳定 + 更强烈的画风与质感 → 非常推荐升级到 1.4。如果你对 1.3 的整体表现已经足够满意,且对版本更迭较为保守 → 可以先观望 1.4 的社区实测反馈再决定是否迁移。

1.1版本 对比10 使用的不同的素材进行训练的属于两种方案 训练方式不同 如果有机会你可以跑xyz图表对比一下 同提示 同SEED情况下的效果 作为对比 不过如果 你觉得 1.1版本区别和1.0版本不大可以等一下1.2版本 1.2 已经训练出来了 这个是一个完全与1.1 1.0 版本不一样的版本 优化了眼睛 头发 肢体 手脚 手脚的问题再eps1.0 和 eps1.1 版本目前多少还是有点问题 1.2版本已经优化 可以期待一下

I really like the skin texture you can get in this model, the characters have a nice look and lining to them, pretty decent in bg drawing as well, overall I would definetly recommend trying it out.

但是对Lora的适配度不高, 很大部分Lora权重稍微大点(比如超过0.5)就会有蓝绿色伪影
It's not just the skin, it's also the amazing lighting that brings out the undertones and overtones of the skin as well. The dark lighting environments this model produces work wonders for Wan and Grok animations because they come out a lot smoother than most other image models when Wan and Grok interpret the "depth" of the image.

any suggestion to inpainting in this model? it looks great but when inpainting even at low denoise it´s messy.

用了快一周了,很喜欢这个模型的画风和质感,就是手脚有时还是有点问题,而且我发现带张嘴的tag很容易出现彩斑不太清楚为啥,调高步数会好一些,期待新版本
即将发布的EPS 1.2版本 会优化一点这个问题
Skin texture and lighting is very refreshing, but I wish the same was for hair. It's really hard to prompt for textured hair with strands visible, instead mostly i get "liquid" or simplified-vague-anime-hair texture.
On the flip side, I really like how it does plump\chubby bodies, and huge breasts + saggy breasts gives actually pretty, natural-looking breasts; while with models like wainsfw or etc you either get inflated balloons or SAAAG and have to carefully tweak loras to get close to where you want, this model has good looking proportional realism baked in it though.
It would also be a little nicer if plump\chubby tags automatically gave thick thighs, often you have to prompt them separately, but that influences the composition in ways you don't always expect! The model is also better than others at not giving too hourglass-like waists when you say plump\chubby, but there's still a little room for even more naturally proportioned waists.
P.S. i'm not generating ugly bbw girls, i'm using plump\chubby tags for nice-looking mature realism. Plump (not fat) girl supremacy!
The overall look of the model already shines through with its balanced textures and lighting choices. Skin comes through with a clear, refreshing presence, and the subtle structure across the body reads as intentional rather than exaggerated. That sense of grounded design is part of what gives the model its recognizable charm, and it would be wonderful to see that core direction preserved.
There is also something genuinely appealing about how the current proportions lean toward natural softness without pushing into extremes. This gentle shaping gives mature realism without drifting into distortion, and that restraint feels like a defining strength. Models that chase overly amplified forms often lose harmony in the silhouette, but this one maintains a consistent, grounded proportional logic that sets it apart.
For those who prefer more pronounced size adjustments, tag-based control already offers a flexible pathway. Allowing individuals to apply their own preferred modifiers keeps the foundation stable while still giving ample room for personal customization. This helps the model stay true to its identity while letting enthusiasts tailor their own results through additional prompts.
The existing waist–hip balance, the tasteful rounding, and the soft but coherent body lines all contribute to a signature aesthetic. Preserving that baseline ensures the model continues to offer realism that feels intentional rather than forced. Extra volume can always be added through specific prompts, but the core template benefits from remaining centered and proportionally consistent.
Keeping this original philosophy intact highlights the thoughtful structure already present, while those seeking more extreme fullness can freely build on top with their chosen tags. This way, the model remains recognizable, flexible, and expressive without losing the clarity that makes it stand out.
The issues with hands and feet in 1.1 seem to have been addressed in 1.2, but overall I am finding that the actual image composition is significantly worse. Heads are out of frame in ~90% of images and adding composition tags like full body or whatever as recommended making very little difference to that, the majority of the time it's ignored and head is still cut off.
I also generate in large batches with a lot of wildcards so adding composition tags is also really impractical for me. Overall I was getting better images out of 1.1 than 1.2 with the same prompts - having to throw away ~20% of them due to bad hands/feet or bad skin color is still preferable to having to throw away ~80% of them because they're all close ups with head out of frame. So will be going back to 1.1 for now. Hopefully this can be addressed with another revision.
I have received feedback regarding the issue of the header detaching from the frame, and I will fix this problem in a future version.

在 v1.2 版本发布后,我们收到了大量来自社区的反馈。其中,许多用户提到:
✅ 手脚结构与彩斑问题确实得到了显著改善 —— 这是我们努力的方向,很高兴看到这部分优化被认可。
❌ 但与此同时,也出现了新的问题:头部频繁出框、构图失控、即使添加 full body 等提示词也难以改善,尤其在批量生成或使用通配符时体验下降明显。
对此,我们深表歉意。
经过技术团队紧急排查,确认该问题源于 v1.2 在肢体结构优化过程中对构图先验分布的调整过度,导致模型在默认参数下倾向于生成特写或裁切构图,影响了整体可用性。这与我们“开箱即用、稳定可靠”的设计初衷相悖。
🔧 为尽快解决此问题,我们已启动紧急修复计划:
➡️ MiaoMiao RealSkin EPS v1.25 版本正在重新训练中,重点修复构图稳定性与画面完整性问题,确保头身比例、取景范围回归合理默认状态,同时保留 v1.2 在皮肤质感、手脚结构上的优化成果。
➡️ v1.25 将不再采用“抢先体验”形式,而是完成全部测试后直接公开发布,确保交付质量。

First and foremost, thank you all for your continued support and invaluable feedback on the MiaoMiao RealSkin EPS series! 🎉
We deeply value every user’s experience and remain committed to our core principles: realism, stability, and ease of use.
Following the release of v1.2, we received extensive community feedback. Many users noted:
✅ Significant improvements in hand/foot structure and reduction of color artifacts — a key goal of this update, and we’re glad to see it working.
❌ However, a new issue emerged: frequent head cropping, unstable composition, and poor responsiveness to composition tags (e.g., "full body"). This is especially problematic during batch generation or when using wildcards, severely impacting usability.
We sincerely apologize for this regression.
After urgent internal review, we confirmed the root cause: during limb-structure optimization in v1.2, the model’s compositional prior was over-adjusted, causing it to default to tight crops or off-frame compositions — contradicting our “out-of-the-box reliability” design philosophy.
🔧 To address this immediately, we’ve launched an emergency fix:
➡️ MiaoMiao RealSkin EPS v1.25 is now in retraining, with a primary focus on restoring stable framing, proper head-to-body ratios, and reliable composition control, while preserving v1.2’s skin texture and limb improvements.
➡️ v1.25 will NOT be released as an early-access/preview version. It will undergo full validation and be publicly released only when ready.
📅 Expected release: within 7 days (we’ll announce via official channels as soon as it’s live).
📦 To support your current workflow:
➡️ Effective immediately, v1.2 is no longer labeled as “early access” and is now publicly available — but we’ll clearly note its known composition issues for informed use.
➡️ For users prioritizing framing reliability, we recommend temporarily reverting to v1.1 until v1.25 is released.
