SMOOTHMIX WAN 2.2 T2V v3.0 UPDATE! - 03/14/2026
Just tweaked the effects of the prompts "smoothmixanime" and "smoothmixrealism" and realism in general.
All videos on the High and Low Showcases were made using "WAN 2.2 Smooth Workflow v4.0" with settings: 900x600 resolution/Steps 8/Sampler Euler/Scheduler simple.
Just as T2V v2.0 it has light2xv baked in it.
The effects of the prompts "smoothmixanime" and "smoothmixrealism" were a little too strong - now you need to complement them with more prompts related to the visual style for the effect. Adding "Realistic Style" or "Anime Style" prompts should be enough. ^^
By popular demand (lol) you can make more normal sized breasts now - no flat chests thought, sorry flat chest lovers.
More details to skins if you try going for more realistic style videos - as long you don't use the "smoothmixrealism" prompt. In that case the skin will be very smooth automatically.
Added some Abstract concepts to it! It adds more variety and colors to the results.
GGUF MODELS For I2V v2.0 and T2V v2.0!
Great news for those that need GGUFs versions!
The user @BigDannyPt managed to convert SmoothMix WAN 2.2 Img2Vid v2.0 and SmoothMix WAN 2.2 Txt2Vid v2.0!!
Be sure to thank him for his efforts! =D
GGUF - SmoothMix WAN 2.2 Img2Vid v2.0
GGUF - SmoothMix WAN 2.2 Txt2Vid v2.0
SMOOTHMIX WAN 2.2 I2V v2.0 UPDATE!
For more info about the update and differences between versions check out this article.
All videos on the High and Low Showcases were made using "WAN 2.2 S. Workflow v2.0" with default settings except the resolution - they all used 900x600 on the workflow.
Lightx2v Lora is NOT merged this time so be sure to use pick any LoRA you prefer to accelerate generation as well as how much weight you use on them - all videos on the showcases used "lightx2v_I2V_14B_480p_cfg_step_distill_rank128_bf16" set with weight 3.0 on High and 1.5 on Low.
To render futanari characters and male figures correctly, LoRAs remain essential. Try using mine or any of your favorites.
Be aware that hyper realistic content could possibly suffer some morphing since the model will gravitate towards the style of "SmoothMix Animations". That effect can be mitigated a bit by using Loras trained only on realistic content and by using prompts that pushes towards realism.
Sorry for the irregular posts and updates. I’m currently pretty busy and need to reorganize a lot of things, so free time has been scarce. If everything goes smoothly, I expect to have considerably more free time starting in February. Yay ^^
Have fun!
SMOOTHMIX WAN 2.2 T2V v2.0 UPDATE!
ITS FINALLY DONE! T_T
SmoothMix WAN 2.2 Txt2Vid v2.0 is what the model should have been in the first place - now it can show what can really be done!
Merged with Loras made with only images and videos generated from the SmoothMix Checkpoints!
Very high quality image and smooth animations! Use it with the updated version of the Smooth txt2vid Workflow in case you haven't downloaded yet!
Much - MUCH - more variety of clothes, hair styles, clothes, poses, body types and skins colors.
You can use captions or prompts! Both will work! Use both to ensure what you want is generated!
Fox girls, cat girls, demon girls, oni girls - all the girls (and MILFs) are here. ;)
It responds to the prompts 'SmoothMixAnime' and 'SmoothMixRealism'! All Loras merged to it had those key promtps from the SmoothMix Animations Style and they have the same effect here! Check the SmoothMix Animations Style page for details!
Its completely uncensored so it also should work MUCH better with NSFW Loras. Give it a try. ;)
IT CAN'T generate male anatomy reliably! You are going to need Loras for that! SmoothMix's priority is the ladies.
Smooth Mix Wan 2.2
A Smooth Mix version of the Wan 2.2 A14B!
I tried to make it as versatile as I could, I hope you guys like it!
Every video on the showcase used an image from my Gallery! All of them have a comment with a link to the source image used.
Key Points:
Every video on the showcase was made using my new Wan 2.2 Workflow v2.0/Txt2Video Workflow v.20 on its default settings. Make sure to use it!
No Loras were used to make the videos on the showcase. Try to make a video without using Loras first.
When using Loras, start by setting their weight between 0.3~0.5 and increase it if necessary.
Recommended Settings
Steps: 4 or 6
CFG: 1

Excellent model, can you please quantify GGUF versions? It would be a great help for people with low VRAM like me.
Yes please, this. Would love to play with this model but this one is just too hefty
Hey, its great job buddy, did you intent to make GGUF version?
i had problems that when on Ksampler. Comfy does randomly disconnected with notice "reconnected" on cmd has no problem.. just stopped running or show new info..
any solution? im using your workflow too.
its 32GB ram and RTX 4060 8GB.. (usually had no problem but its happend that i decide use your safetensors)
reconnected means that comfy crashed due to the lack of vram, we need gguf's :'c
It will never happened. I back to my fav gguf models with loras🫡
@Mikusha ah i see thanx for info, yes i guess really need GGUF version
@Mikeflowerah i see.. its too bad...
Correction, its Pagefile problem.. suppose setting that set to system managed size..
Masters always achieve results in a simple and efficient way.
Can you tell us what you trained it on? What was the purpose of the training? How many videos/images? Realistic or stylized? Did training teach it some new concepts? Ah, so it is a base model with some loras merged in. What did you merge in then? Does it understand NSFW stuff (and which)? What lightning lora did you merge in?
its a merge my guy
Stupid question: what's the difference to the plain WAN models?
Lightning loras are built in (runs in 4-6 steps), it's easier to get proper motion than using base WAN with lightning loras, and it's tuned for NSFW already.
You make a good point, dude should probably spell that out in the description!
In a couple hours both SmoothMix Txt2Vid and Smooth Txt2Vid Workflow v2.0 will be up!
Please be sure to read the article I posted as I will be out of reach for a while!
Have fun!
Please make a GGUF version. Cannot run this with limited VRAM.
I wonder, what loras have you merged here? i hope you readed every licensing per each lora.. coz i dont allow merges
Hi Digital-Pastel,
I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your work. You are undoubtedly one of the best artists out there right now, and your simple and fast workflow is truly inspiring. Your creations are always of exceptional quality and showcase incredible talent.
Thank you for all the time and effort you put into your art. Keep it up, you are a real inspiration to all of us!
See you soon,
lighthorsexajz830
Can we get a GGUF?
you should list the loras used in this merge... even more so if you use the early access program.
"No Loras were used to make the videos on the showcase. Try to make a video without using Loras first.
When using Loras, start by setting their weight between 0.3~0.5 and increase it if necessary."
-- here you missing the following:
LIST OF LORAS MERGED IN THIS CHECKPOINT:
1.
2.
3.
4.
... and so on
Be fair, don't monetize other people's work.
I'm pretty sure I've seen some of your loras in early access no? Aren't you using content other people made and using them to train loras?
Not trying to start shit here, I like your loras.
@hithatwhitham895 I use early access because I take my time to collect the dataset, captining it, and train it. I don't know how long it will take to merge the base model with the loras... but it's not the same as collecting the dataset and training it yourself... that i can tell ... if you don't understand that it's not good practice to merge loras that you're not authorized to merge... then ask Buzz why you're launching EA. I'm not even going to bother explaining it ...
@hithatwhitham895 i've never trained stuff with AI content, i guess that will affect the results..
I've been toying with different wan models, loras, and workflows for like 2 weeks now, all with mixed success. it's way harder to iterate on these video models because they're huge and even a 480p test takes at least a little bit of time.
from the ~10 videos i've created so far, this model should be considered the baseline for a consistent, highly performant wan 2.2 i2v 14b model. it's EXCELLENT. thank you for creating this! i was able to strip out most of my loras and the motion issue is pretty non-existent.
Oh, my God. I'm absolutely thrilled. This model (and, of course, the author's workflow) is flawless. I was afraid that there would be difficulties... but it's so Mid PC friendly! The results are excellent. Thank you for that!
Anyone else having issues with blowjobs in particular? Namely, the woman's face morphs, especially if the view isn't a closeup. Lips change color and she gets a "pac man" face with a lot of up and down jaw movement. I'm using the I2V models, 3/3, UniPC/Simple, Shift 7.
Edit: I'm a dumbass, apparently. I was using one lora for bounce effect and it was causing way more issues than I thought.
This model is fantastic. Please keep refining and tuning it. It needs more NSFW ^_^
I cannot consistently make a video of a naked woman standing still.
Most of the time when i try, she is still bouncing up and down slightly.
That's them bouncing loras baked in! Try "stands still" "Does not move" Change seed. Might get lucky.
im a bit confused, i cant find smoothMixWan22I2VT2V_i2vLow.safetensors anywhere. i only have the file smoothMixWan22I2VT2V_i2vHigh.safetensors. what low file should i use instead? wan2.2_t2v_low_noise doesn't work together with this one, it just creates tv static
On the top of this site you can choose the low model (the blue button marks the current chosen model).
if you look at the top of the page, there are high and low models to download
@Pergy25 , @PineAmbassador thx a lot guys it worked now
for 113 (7s) length video , the last second video always has camera reverse effect , reverse but not the same render of the earlier time
This is a known glitch with wan2.2. 6s (97 frames at 16fps) is the longest you can go without the reversal issue. Sometimes you can go 7 seconds depending on the scene/prompt/luck
I am hoping this is worth the two dollar hooker charge I just paid
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'triton'
why?
Run: pip install triton
I'm also having trouble with my loras!
I2V or T2V? What Loras? I need more info to try to replicate the problem.
The fine movements are impressively accurate. However, when it comes to facial consistency or when the character is clothed, there’s a high probability that nipples or similar details end up being generated.
Is it possible to get camera movement out of this? I'm having trouble prompting the camera to move in i2v worflow.
As long its nothing very complex it should do fine - for more complex camera movements you should use Loras. I made a post with a few examples - 3 videos without Loras and 4 with.
@DigitalPastel thank you!
Pros: It's great. High quality.
Cons: Face consistency is fairly weak, characters tend to be constantly bouncing and jiggling around.

Can you get someone to make a GGUF of this please?
I absolutely love using this Checkpoint but one thing really bothers me. When I do cumshot videos (which tends to be quite often) the male always goes full on hip thrusting while nutting. This happens with every LoRA I've tried in the ranges of 0.30 - 0.50. Using just the checkpoint without a cumshot LoRA is not an option since the texture is quite bad. Does anyone else have made this observation? Maybe it's because of a baked in Missionary LoRA or something, I don't know. I would love to know, which LoRAs already are in the checkpoint. That would make "bugfixing" a lot easier.
does this model need to have NAG added to it for negative prompt adherence?
since it's recommended CFG 1 I'd say yes
@kunde2 thank you!
Incredible model, I like it.
Hello, do you have any idea to make this model into a lora separately?
A little preview of my next release. Its a style Lora for Txt2Vid! All made with my Workflow.
Taking forever to make. I've been working on this for so long now. I really want this to be great.
Hopefully It will be out this week.
Thank you for your patience and support.
I feel we should be the ones grateful. Thank you for all your hard work! <3
Offers superior prompt adherence and dynamic capabilities compared to other mixed models.
good model!but just high noise
NVM, we were already told what to do if it was not coming out right, increase the CFG and try again!!
I love the model, it does quite a great job, but I am having the same issue that I see a lot of others noting, the bounciness is infuriating, I can't seem to craft a prompt that will get rid of the constant bounciness. even with just florence and a 2-3 words added in the positive prompt, it's still bouncy
Would it be possible to give more information about this diffusion model? I would like to know with what kind of data it has been trained with. sfw or nsfw? And what exactly the difference between this and the normal wan 2.2 i2v diffusion model is. I would love to know.
They took a random fp8 model merged a light lora(thier previous workflow suggest this lightx2v_I2V_14B_480p_cfg_step_distill_rank128_bf16) and multple loras that they won't disclose the only one they are open about is the general nsfw lora.
They also claims they spent ~$180 training loras for this.
I wish i knew what strength they merged the light lora since I can full render in 3 steps with this model but the nsfw lora has problems for me. Ive tested and I can get close at 5X strength with a normal fp8 but loras break and can't be used
Absolutely the BEST model out there, I don't understand does this have lightning inside the model? I can generate amazing 5 second clips with great nsfw prompt adherence in 4 steps without using the lightning loras at all. I also use the k3nk workflow so I have been generating 20 second clips composed of connecting 5 second clips in the time it used to take me to make a single 5 second clip and also the movement, quality etc are on the level of the regular 14b without the lightning loras. Superb work!
looking at the recommended settings I'd say yes
The model lacks data on Asian women and overall leans towards Europe and America
Don't give him ideas or it will merge my asian character loras without any consent ...
@K3NK Better hide your LoRA first 🤣 But seriously though, this issue really needs attention - the current results for Asian faces are honestly pretty rough
@shayu1126368 Hide your wife, hide your kids, and hide your LoRAs, because they merging everybody up in here
Please release a .gguf version.
After using one of your workflows, I've come to the conclusion that this checkpoint is simply amazing! I don't have to use any loras for the most part. It can do pretty much everything! The key is having the right workflow for this model!
I applaud you, this is the best I've seen here. The model's understanding of what I need from it is 10/10. On a 4060 ti, a 10-second video takes 200 seconds on average. Bravo. The only problem I noticed was the penises being too long. I tried to combat this by pointing it out in negative comments, but it didn't seem to help. Maybe the creator could offer some advice.
I use the i2v version and that length exaggeration is a problem with that too.
Unfortunately the first test is of poor quality compared to the model I2V I post my rendering to see the result :(
I think i'm doing something wrong too. My gens look similar to yours. Need to dig into the sample workflows...
Without GGUF of all this models, it's totally unusable.
Sorry but this is the reality IT MUST BE SAID THAT THE TEXT TO VIDEO WILL NEVER BE AT THE HEIGHT OF THE IMAGE TO VIDEO
Ill take things that no one asked for Alex
I couldn't disagree more... Who wants to create an image just to have it animated when you can just skip the first part? Seriously. Huge waist of time and too many steps. I ONLY use text to video for my video modeling. Not interested in making images first AT ALL. Hunyuan video has the quality but not the prompt adherence of Wan sadly. I think Hunyuan's quality rivals any T2I. Both Wan and Hunyuan T2V are only going to get better. Anyway, I think it's just you buddy...
@BigSad11 just one thing I see you are talking to say nothing:) because I do not see any sharing of image or video unlike us who participate with the community
T2V will be better someday, when we get pony/illustrious level of concept understanding and much larger models with better overall prompt adherence. But now I2V is the only option to have enough control, quality and variety of generations
@vamorand We agree thank you :)
gguf q8, please,
The model appears to be large, but its actual VRAM usage is the same as the officially quantized Q8 model, and it runs even faster.
@xiaobai9009 the same? how much vram? and does it use more system ram than a q5 quant?
@mikehuntickus885 I use a size of 480*720, and when wanblockswap is set to 20, the maximum video memory usage is approximately 10.8G.
Does it incorporate accelerated LoRA? The test shows it's even faster than when I use the Q8 model with accelerated LoRA.
Great model for NSFW but the female anatomy in that area is impossible to look at during sex scenes. A total turn off to me. It's totally butchered. I had to mix this with the remix model to get better anatomy down there, although now the prompt adhesion isn't as good. Love the model but just wanted to point this out so it can be improved upon. Let me know if you think I might be doing something wrong.
yeah its a huge upgrade from base wan 2.2 for nsfw concepts but its terrible anatomy and butchering nipples in some cases i've seen make it unusable.
@mikehuntickus885 bro its not an upgrade, its literally a freaking merge.
@podhusklon432 un freaking believable!
Amazing model and workflow. Thank you!!
EDIT: I saw that other users have already reported this, my bad. How sad, it's a really annoying flaw in such a well made model.
Well, the model is really well made, my compliments, but I want to bring to attention a "problem" that often occurs in generations, bouncing breasts.
Probably given the NSFW nature of the model, in most cases (at least in my generations) the breasts bounce even when standing still, even when they shouldn't.
I don't know if it's just my problem, if it can be solved, and if you'll want to fix it in the next releases (if there will be any), but in any case, great work, really.
Yes, I was going to make a similar content. Breasts, and for me the more annoying issue has been hips/butts; I get gyrations and twerking even when I specifically prompt against it, let alone just not asking for it.
At this point the only thing that could be done is to have the model without the "jiggle" and "bounce" loras merged inside.
Are there gguf versions of this available?
I use the new checkpoint with the WAN2.2 Smooth start-end frame workflow.
The generation speed is amazing, but I found some minor flaws:
1. The characters seem to be too "dynamic", which is great in some situations, but not in other situations where the characters need to be more static.
In my experience, I can modify the weight of lighting LORA to control the degree of the dynamics with the original WAN2.2 checkpoint.
Don't know if there is any possibility to do something similar?
2. I am not sure if anything I done wrong, it seems that the last frame of the video will become brighter?
me too,the last frame of the video will become brighter, can't solve it
Hi! it seems that the file contains only the text to image workflow... Am I missing something? I'm looking for the image to video workflow...
To download the Image to Video Workflow go to Smooth Workflow Wan 2.2, choose and download the 'WAN 2.2 S. Workflow v2.0'. Thats the img2vid.
@DigitalPastel Ah! thanks I did not noticed the menus options!!! Thanks a lot!
For multiple reasons, it would be nice to have the list and applied weights of the merged LoRas.
