Please refrain from including “__” in output names. In environments with the Dynamic Prompt extension installed, this may cause malfunctions and prevent LoRA from loading correctly.
I'm aware, though this doesn't interfere with dynamic prompting (at least from what I've experienced so far) because it's only two '__' where as the activation for wildcards (usually) needs three '___' to work

@dtsES Could be a matter of renaming the file to fix it. What software/version are you encountering this error on?
