@poisenbery I should also point out that in some countries (Canada and Australia that I know of, there may be more), the fact that they are fictional or anime characters, or that it is cannonically stated that they are of legal age, is completely irrelevent and if the image looks and feels like CP, it wil be legally considered as CP... Yeah, it stinks to high heavens, but it's still true...

@Alyndiar If you type "little girl" into the prompt it's your own fault if that constitutes a crime in the country you're staying in. Otherwise what do you propose, to take down the entire website because someone could generate content with the models like that?

@sadfasfasd Yep.People can do the same with daz or blender models, I think most courts would agree it's the person who used the tools provided to make those images who are at fault, not the maker of those of those tools. Otherwise they'd have to go after Photoshop too. That said I think it's good thing when sites go after sus material like that.

@poisenbery yup, I have. I was just stating that "saying" characters are of legal age has no legal value in some countries.

If your prompt is crafted to specifically prevent underage characters, I'd hope you're safe. If you willingly include keywords to produce CP, you're at fault.

I don't blame the model at all, I don't blame Stable Diffusion either and I sure don't blame the website who distributed the model. I'm just saying to be careful and if you live in a country where the law is strict on CP, you have to make sure what you do is not breaking it. And websites like this one and others like it have to be careful about the images they show.

For example, if you include "loli, NSFW" in your positive prompt, you should probably keep the result to yourself, whatever comes out. But even if you put nothing bad in your positive prompt and include "loli, NSFW" and other similar words in your negative prompt, you probably can't rely on that to keep you safe if the image that comes out feels like CP anyway. Sorry for being so verbose, I got the feeling some people misunderstood my intent here.

@Alyndiar this is hilarious, I get why sites are super careful with stupid laws, but if cartoons can legally consent to sex, they should be able to vote as well. xD Only after legal age ofc, so Sebastian and Flounder can elect queen of Australia (or whoever is their state leader) since Little Mermaid was made over 18 years ago but movie Sonic cannot.

Anyway, anyone making laws like this should be forcibly institutionalized and sedated because a person thinking fictional characters are conscious shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets without a leash and muzzle. In fact, I'm pretty sure most politicians should be restrained, and only let outside supervised by an owner, kept to cages otherwise... world would be a much safer place. :3
