A way to get more prominent tribal markings when prompting. Works in 3 colors, but red and white will always work the best. Blue works well enough, but can be tricky with certain characters. I really wanted to get the "paint_over_eyes" prompt to work, but it's unfortunately very hit or miss, but seems to work best with red paint. If you get dripping paint when adding things like sweat or wet prompts, you may want to add dripping and messy to the negative prompt (it seems like blue paint has this issue the most)

With some trial and error, you may be able to get other colors of bodypaint, but red blue and white were the specific colors trained with.
