WARNING *28/11/2025: WanVideoBlockSwap has been deprecated by Comfyui latest updates and it is not anymore available from the custom model manager. The new alternative is a new node with the same name but is not yet compatible with the Lora stacker by rgthree and WanMoeKsampler (the connection is not compatible)
If you had the node previously downloaded there is a workaround. Go to ComfyUI_windows_portable\ComfyUI\comfy_extras\ and delete or put into a backup folder the file nodes_nop.py and when you restart it should work.
18/12/2025: ComfyUI now has a new memory management natively integrated. Just bypass the WanBlockSwap node, it works better now (Reminder: you must have plenty of system ram available)
This is my Workflow for the users who want to generate WAN video with the 10GB version of the RTX3080.
Optimizations:
With Wanvideoblockswap it is possible to run Q6 GGUF base model Now natively integrated in ComfyUI (update it)
Pre stacked accelerator lora loader: feel free to use lightning or any other
SageAttention
RIFE & GMFSS interpolation options. The latter is better for cartoon interpolations. *Apply this speedup hack for RIFE: https://github.com/Fannovel16/ComfyUI-Frame-Interpolation/pull/102
WanMoe KSampler
Image iterator and automatic resizer for batch processing*
*Needs manual installation: Here is the python file: https://huggingface.co/Stkzzzz222/dtlzz/raw/main/iterator_pro_deluxe.py

With this settings It is the maximum quality to ram usage ratio I achieved with 32GB of system ram. I did not try all the gguf base models available like RAPID or FASTMIX. Feel free to try and give feedback.
a 3KSampler WF will be available soon

I'd suggest using GIMM over RIFE for interp. I've found it's much faster. You can copy it out of my workflow if you wanna try it.
Hey! I will update this workflow soon. The one I'm using now has the two options: GIMM or RiFE (the first works better for animation and cartoon and RiFE is better for realistic). Besides, there is a file edit to make RiFE x10 times faster. I don't have the source now but you can find it in, some users have posted it in Github. So definitely 90% of the times I'm using RiFE+ animesharp model because I save ~1-2 minute per generation with almost no difference in quality
PD I have just realized that this workflow already has the two options hehe well at least you already know now the rife hack, try it!
@rollerinot I'll check it out. I'm pretty happy with GIMM, but definitely curious to compare.
@boobkake22 Could you please share the download link for your workflow? I really need a photorealistic workflow. Thank you so much.
@w858616 My workflow is linked in my profile under models. It's also tagged in almost all of my videos.
@boobkake22 Okay, thanks for your reply.
Hi! I’m trying to find the Image Iterator node, but I can’t see it in ComfyManager. Could you tell me where you got it?
ohh you are completely right, is a node that needs to be installed manually. Here is the python file: https://huggingface.co/Stkzzzz222/dtlzz/raw/main/iterator_pro_deluxe.py and you can find the reddit post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/comfyui/comments/1mkkajl/my_iterator_for_processing_multiple_videos_or/ I will update the post. Thanks!
@rollerinot Thanks for the quick response, I will try it.
