The name "Seraphina" has a Hebrew origin and loosely translated to "fiery one"

Unfortunately Sera has been partying a little too hard recently... she might have burned down a building... or two!
She is in debt and needs to fallback on her old career. Luckily she still has contacts in the underworld and plenty of bullets.

The Illustrious version has more real photos in it than previous versions so it very nicely and consistently makes realistic images when on a realistic checkpoint. The Lora output face looks nothing like the training data. This character is entirely unlike anyone other than my OC Seraphina Nightshade.

This was an experiment to see if I could use random Halloween cosplay pictures and AI generated anime pictures to create an OC.
I think in retrospect, I would have giving her a different outfit. Her outfit wasnt this extreme in my AI generated training data.
I let ChatGPT name her so I might change her name later.
Things I learned in this project
Yes you can mix real pictures with anime to make an OC
A hand looks very contorted when its on fire lol
Fishnets are hard to get good training data for.
Training an Lora to make good Green Fire is easy!
70% of the images were real photos and these seems to have resulted in a baked in art style. This was not very good at working with art style Loras. -- Needs more research

When I made her I wasn't thinking of Shego, Then later, when I first posted the images I realized she is basically Shego but it was already too late. XD

I know you commented about the lora's issues, but
A- something about this specific look really hits the spot for me, so it's worth it, and
B- your general lora creation skills are more than enough to compensate for flaws. I dont know if you realize this, but your models are on a level far above most of the (even very popular) ones elsewhere on the site. You have really great technical skills, in addition to a very appealing aesthetic and style.

(You're one of the few creators over here that make it worth the time sink to keep up with all their output. And your character loras especially, they have real style . Yep, on artistic merit they fully deserve that rare privilege of getting to play a part as the portrait-subjetcs of my artistic scribblings.)
@ravemry9 Thank you so much (I know said that last time but I really mean it). Making unique and original things is one of my favorite parts of being a Lora creator so it means a lot when I hear others are enjoying me works too.
Glad you remembered!! I kept thinking "I have to post Sera because someone actually wants to see her!" so it was great motivation.
I'm not sure I can agree that my models are "far above other ones" but it sure feels nice to hear. Lol
As I fight to keep my ego in check the only thing I can say about my quality vs other people is that some Lora creators are really missing out. People who only make popular character Loras are just barely scratching the surface. Its so much fun to create original content and give life to new ideas!

(I know you're saying it's good for a creator to hear positive reactions on their work, but it's funny because I was just recently thinking on how it's just as good for us in the audience to hear our feedback being appreciated -- in the year and a half I've been here, civitai's userbase has grown so massive (along with your follower count !) that I'm pretty sure any single user's reaction, even praise; is just lost in the crowd.)
And yeah, I agree with your thoughts about many who're losing out on the artistic/fun appeal of creating OCs or less-known characters. Especially those Lora creators who consistently show a particularly aesthetic/fun/distinctive style with their character loras, it's great to see how they apply that style when turning to more individual pieces of design like an OC.
P.S. enough of this "keep my ego in check" stuff, I don't want to hear it, that's only for the normies. For real artistes (TM) it goes the opposite way, the more ego the better the output, see the enormous egos of people like Picasso, Wagner, Michaelangelo, John Lennon, the list goes on and on. ;-)
