PLEASE READ: Recently I have found that the BEST results come from square resolutions, 256x256, 512x512, etc... please also use the recommended "M4CROM4STI4" lora for better effect. The best sampler and scheduler is Bong tangent with res 2m, res multistep seems to be good aswell. cfg 3.5. Im still experimenting with Lightning Lora's but they seem to mess with the movement speed but enhance the quality so its up to you. I generally avoid them.
My personal settings are 720x720. 1 High, 0.8-1 Low for MY LORA, and for the Macromastia Lora i'd suggest 0.7 High and 0.5 Low.. Generally you want other loras to be around 0.7ish

Looks like the aspect ratios on your training data are way off. Instead of cropping then resizing, you just resized without cropping?
Im new to this, i resized all videos to 256x256, using ezgif, what do u mean crop? Why would i need to crop if all the videos are 256x256, and i made them all 16fps
@Kwijiboe If a video starts in wide screen, and you simply resize it instead of resize and crop, then it will squish the wide view into a square view. This ends up making everyone look compressed horizontally, and stretched vertically. Same goes if you simply resize a portrait video (like TikTok). If you resize that down to a square, it will make everyone look really short and wide.
Let's say you have a video that's 1000x600 resolution. As I mentioned above, it's not good to just size it down to a square. You need to crop it to a square first, and you do that by matching your shorter side. You should first crop the 1000 down to 600 (not scale it, but crop it), so that it's 600x600, making it a square. Then you can size that 600x600 down to 256x256, and it doesn't change the shape of the people.
I hope I explained that well. I think your current training could possibly work okay for I2V, but T2V could end up squishing the images like in your examples. I use a program called AviDemux. You can crop and resize in that, and save out the videos at a specific frame rate.

if you don't want to wreck the quality then use something other than ezgif too. Either use a free video editor and export it once to your desired aspect ratio/ resolution (ideally at full bitrate) or use Handbrake
