A LoRA good at generating simple speedpaint style dragon portraits
Even in native SDv1.5 (but mordern checkpoints will definitely be much better)
Trained on SDv1.5 with noise offset

Description
Hint: this version is NOT very good at controlling the dragon's color, see examples.
Most examples are generated with the same prompt and almost the same settings but on different checkpoints (not in sequence, some are pruned version, so it's not easy to fully reproduce example images):
Colorful v23 (with CutOff Extension)
RPG v4 (with CutOff Extension)
PS: Works well with Ori-ArtStyle Dreamlike LoRA, which gives nice shiny texture to dragon scales (examples generated using ComfyUI, didn't find a way to reproduce in A1111)
PS2: It seems that if lower the strength and use less prompts (especially the trigger word portrait tends to introduce strong color patterns), the color controlling will be better
PS3: Try use CutOff Extension to further control the color
