Works pretty good. In my experience, it has trouble bridging the gap if the hand doesn't start in or near the right position. So, best practice would be to describe any pre-fingering steps in detail. I had it just spawn a phantom third hand in some cases with not enough instruction.

This actually adds some fantastic torogao / O-face even for non-fingering scenes. Had success using it with missionary sex with the WAN 2.2 Enhanced NSFW checkpoint to strike the balance between her looking bored and like she was losing her mind with pleasure. I've noticed that in a fair amount of my generations the rhythm can get a bit thrown off. It doesn't seem to be all the time though. I imagine it's just a consequence different videos from the training data being at different tempos.

Have you (or anyone else reading this) found a method for getting a consistent, smooth rhythm?
