The concept behind this model is to allow YOU to have the widest range of features with a single model. Today it's not 100% possible to have a "Swiss army knife" when it comes to SD 1.5, however with the well-made and structured merge of well-trained models, it is possible to offer a broad spectrum of features within a category.

ONE FOR ALL models should work with both simple and complex prompts. Moreover, it interacts well with all types of LoRAs, extending to a wide and varied range of possibilities. My intention is to offer a ONE FOR ALL solution, so that you can save time and disk space.

☕ I LOVE COFEE!! Want to buy me a cup?? ☕

You can choose between 4 models in this «ANIME» series:

And you can make these styles:

    This model is specialized in:

    Anime; Flat; Manga; 2D; Bishoujo.

It's a simple, all-purpose Anime model with a great pedigree.

But, it's a ONE FOR ALL model, so, YOU CAN MORE!!

    ONE PROMPT:

one woman, evening, purple n white dress, river, purple lily, smiling

    ALL POSSIBILITIES

    (2.5D) || (anime) || (realistic) || (furry art) || (cartoon) || (3D) || (chibi) , "insert prompt here"

⟬ despite the diversity with which the model was created, keep in mind the specialization and limitations of the model and that the results may vary according to the prompt, img size, sampling etc. ⟭

    «NOTE ON THE DPO VERSION (v. 3.5 and Final)»

This version 3.5 is the result of a lot of training and testing. I take pride in saying that this is the definitive version in the SD 1.5 model. It's worth mentioning that despite using a proprietary training model as a base, this version incorporates other trained models. Therefore, it classifies as a Merge rather than a Fully Trained model.

In this version, a revolutionary training system called DPO - Diffusion-DPO has been included. It is adapted from the recently developed Direct Preference Optimization (DPO), a simpler alternative to RLHF that directly optimizes a policy based on human preferences under a classification objective.

What does it do? The trained DPO models have been observed to produce higher quality images than their untuned counterparts, with a significant emphasis on the model's adherence to your prompt. This model can bring a better prompt adherence than other fine-tuned Stable Diffusion models.

    Watch your Prompt!

Due to the use of DPO, version 3 is much more prompt-sensitive, since version 1 it was already possible to use linguistic prompts, however version 3 takes this to another level thanks to the integration with DPO. Therefore, old prompts can result in completely different generations. Please be careful when using conflicting words such as (Anime and Photo-realism), avoid prompts such as:

    masterpiece, perfect something, absures, etc.

    Recommendations (v. 1 ~ 3):

    Generation Recommendations/Tips:

    • Sampling method:

      • This version works with any sampling method, my preferred ones are:

        • DPM++ 3M SDE Exponential;

          • DPM++ 2M SDE Karras.

    • Sampling steps:

      • 30+ (it depends on the size and sampling method, for DPM++ 3M SDE Exponential, I recommend 70 steps, for DPM++ 2M SDE Karras it is 30+, for Euler it is 30 ~ 40 and for LCM 30).

    • Width/Height:

      • Normally I use: 1280 x 800 or 800 x 1280 (BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR LoRA, some LoRAs doesn't work with resolutions higher than 512), but, I've created the images on this post using 1600 x 400 without upscaling or Hires. Fix.

    • CFG Scale:

      • I use 8 as default.

    • Clip skip:

      • 1 or 2

        • (someone once used a skip 9 and made a bad review for my model, why?? 😭 Use 1 if you think 2 isn't giving you a realistic touch, but 2 is the default recommendation in any case and should work in all scenarios.)

    • WebUi-user-bat parammeters (You probably DON'T NEED IT):

      @echo off
      set PYTHON=
      set GIT=
      set VENV_DIR=
      set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=--autolaunch --no-half-vae --theme dark --api --xformers --no-half --allow-code --opt-sdp-attention --opt-split-attention --skip-torch-cuda-test --disable-nan-check --force-enable-xformers --disable-safe-unpickle --update-check --update-all-extensions --cors-allow-origins http://localhost:5173 --upcast-sampling --precision full --no-half
      set CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0
      git pull
      call webui.bat

Anything beyond that depends on your taste and the results you want. 🥰

    Description

    ❤️❤️❤️

This version was made with a lot of love. It will bring a better background to the images than previous versions. I've also strengthened the DPO for better adherence to the prompts. And finally, I've added version 1.0 of Illustrious Base to the 25% weight (although this has led to some anatomical deformities, especially in the hands, in a few generations).

Although the IL v. 1.0 dataset is a little out of date, the weights allowed for a more calibrated generation of resolutions such as 1248x1824 without the need for Hi-Res and with low steps (however, this horizontal resolution, i.e. 1824x1248, needs more attention or it could end up generating twins in the images). All the images in the showcase were made at this resolution (1248x1824) using Euler A with step alignment at 25 steps and CFG 7.

I've paid special attention to sharpness and colours by updating my base dataset. I think you'll notice this in the first few generations.

BEFORE YOU CONTINUE! HAVE YOU SUBSCRIBED TO MY MUSIC CHANNEL ON YOUTUBE? PLEASE: https://youtube.com/@chaoslofi

All in all, this checkpoint brings you the legacy of the ONE FOR ALL dataset series and all the benefits you already know, trust and love.

Recommended VAE: SharpSpectrumVAEXL - v1 | Stable Diffusion VAE | Civitai

Like all ONE FOR ALL models, it works with most samplers, but my recommendation is:

    • Euler A

    • Align Your Steps

    • 25 steps

    • CFG 7

    About DPO (Direct Preference Optimization).

DPO fine-tune on datasets scored as highly visually appealing by an aesthetics classifier, to bias the model to visually appealing generations, while maintaining distributional guarantees and improving generic text-image alignment in addition to visual appeal. The training is via gradient descent, automatically validate checkpoints with the 500 unique prompts of the Pick-a-Pic validation set: measuring median PickScore reward of generated images. DPO scheme implicitly learns the differences in between images by taking an expectation over the inner term of the prompt.

So, DPO pay more attention on your prompt and try to generate a better image from it.

According to the Illustrious licence, here is the recipe for the model, if you use my model as an ingredient, you are obliged to provide the recipe publicly:

    • model A: OFA_Anime_Base_XL-ILU2025

    • model B: ONE FOR ALL «Anime» v. X-MAS Illustrious

    • model C: Illustrious XL 1.0

    alpha,beta : (0.5, 0.25)

    mode : sum Twice

    CalcMode : Cosine_A

I'm not sure I have an account there, in fact I've seen some of my models there without my authorisation...

I don't know what the point is of publishing a model there... If it's because of the generations that Civitai doesn't make available for all models, I always leave a copy on Yodayo, where you can use my models for free with the daily beans or you can buy the beans or subscribe to Yodayo to use the models at will (although the model creator doesn't get anything for it). ¬¬

@ChaosExperience I just finished reading a little bit of something (that I mostly didn't understand because I don't pay attention to block weights and all that mess) but the summary of it was basically "adding cyber to replace original block information of the base model improves anatomy understanding without affecting style, etc etc..." maybe this bit of information could help the hands issues?

    ChaosExperience
    Author
    Feb 14, 2025· 1 reaction

@Kaladae hands are still a problem for AI because human hands are very complex, they're not just a palm and five fingers, hands transmit information and feelings, just like the eyes. That said, the problem lies in the architecture of Illustrious v. 1.0 and the way it's trained. The author made some changes that ended up creating a conflict with my dataset. I'm gradually updating my dataset with images with better definitions and I'm improving the tags. However, I've noticed that in around 10 to 15% of the images generated, the hands seem to go back to the SD 1.5 era. I removed Illustrious v. 1.0 from the sum in a test checkpoint, and using the same parameters, the images came out without any problems and returned to the 3 to 5% rate of horrendous hands (which I consider a good margin of tolerance).

So even if I change the blocks (which sounds simple but involves a lot of trial and error), there's no guarantee that the result will be any better. And bearing in mind that v1.0 was released the day before yesterday, I had a very tight margin to develop a checkpoint that was up to my quality standard, so I left it at 25% weight. Perhaps in future versions I'll be able to improve this. Although I don't think the next version will be until version 2 of IL comes out... 🤣🤣🤣

But thank you very much for your kindness in trying to find a solution, thank you very much. 🥰🥰🥰

I can't understand why when upscaling an image. Is it losing color?

Check your upscaler and VAE. Normally color issues are VAE problems.

Tell me if it fix the issue.

Perhaps I misunderstood. Are you saying that this model is compatible with all types of Loras (Pony, Illu)?

    ChaosExperience
    Author
    Feb 15, 2025

    Hi...

    Where you read that?? 😝😝😝

But, you know?? It may work with some LoRAs of Pony, YES...

The architecture of IL and Pony are different, but both uses XL as base, so depending of the LoRA it may works, but you will need to adjust the weight.

So, let's say, you have a LoRA that in a Pony you would use a weight of 0.7, in the IL it may works but in a higher weight, like 1.25 or 1.5.

Again, it doesn't works with all LoRAs, but it does work, I have some images using Pony and XL LoRAs with good results. A HUGE problem I see is that ppl trys to use LoRA to create images instead of create images using LoRA.. I see ppl using LoRAs that my models doesn't need at all, for effect, style or characters.. Ppl doesn't try making better prompts so they use LoRAs to try to fix the image at hard force and in most of cases it just get worse. I see a famous LoRA being used all the time, and honestly, that LoRA does NOTHING at all... 😆😆😆

In my IL model, I recommend for characters you first try using LoRA, my dataset is higher than NoobAI dataset, so you probably will find the char you want on it without using LoRAs, same as artist styles.. So when will you use LoRA?? In most of case for visual styles that aren't related to artists styles. But of course, I don't have all artists styles that exists or characters, so you may need to use a LoRA of course.

Try my IL-❤️ without LoRA and try to use some Pony LoRAs, you may discovery interesting results, have fun and keep going... 🥰🥰🥰

    See ya...

    KaladaeFeb 15, 2025· 1 reaction

@herobrine778 I have generally had success using LoRas for Illustriuous/Pony/Noob across each other. The ones I had the most trouble with didn't even seem to work that well even with the base model they were trained on... some exceptions. I even have a few vpred that worked well enough with non-vpred and viice-versa. The best thing you can do is play with it and see what happens.

    Hi, what do you mean??

If you are talking about the on site generator, I can't because it's on Civitai side, they are the ones who choose wich model is available to on site generators, not the creators. I keep sending msg to them because of it and they always says it is full (well, not really full because we can see some new models getting it from nowhere, but well)...

So, if it's what you mean, it's not on my hands... 😭😭😭

I just wanted to point out the use and share of those arguments in the descriptions.

I do not recommend using them because some arguments conflict, some are useless on high-end graphic cards like the RTX 3090 and above, and some could negatively impact performance or stability.

🟢 Safe & useful Arguments (Keep)

--xformers → Best for VRAM efficiency & speed, improves performance.

--autolaunch → Opens WebUI automatically in a browser.

--theme dark → Enables dark mode UI.

--api → Enables API for external control.

--allow-code → Needed for custom scripts (⚠️ Security risk if loading unknown models).

--no-half-vae → Only needed if you get black images (SDXL issue).

🟡 Conditionally Useful (Keep OR Remove Depending on Setup)

--opt-sdp-attention→ ONLY use if --xformers is OFF.

--no-half → Forces full precision (FP32), increasing VRAM usage. ⚠ Not needed unless troubleshooting precision issues.

--upcast-sampling → Good for SDXL, but wastes VRAM in SD 1.5.

--cors-allow-origins http://localhost:5173 → Only needed for API integration with a separate web app.

--disable-safe-unpickle → Allows unsafe model loading. ⚠️ Use only if models are from trusted sources!

🔴 Useless, Conflicting, or Problematic Arguments (Remove)

--force-enable-xformers → Redundant, --xformers already does this.

--opt-split-attention → Outdated, --opt-sdp-attention or --xformers are better.

--skip-torch-cuda-test → Can cause issues, only useful for debugging.

--disable-nan-check → Could lead to crashes or corrupted images.

    --update-check & --update-all-extensions → Auto-updating can break things unexpectedly.

If people are curious to know more, I could explain what everything does, but it's a lot of explanation.

    I hope this helps!

Yeah, these were all from the SD 1.5 era and many were part of the A1111 documentation. Today most people use Forge and ComfyUI and with the more optimised GPU drivers, most have fallen out of favour.

    Thank you.
