Since the default prompts in Anima often fail, I have created this with a lower intensity.

Please enhance this by adding 'arched back, screaming, dynamic pose,' etc., in addition to the default Trigger words.

Since Anima seems to strictly distinguish between 'chest' and 'breast,' it does not work well for female characters. Please add tags containing 'breast,' such as 'breast pressed.'

I sometimes need to draw this pose, but it took more work than I expected, so I created a separate Lora. Surprisingly, there aren't many reference images of people.

(Important!) It can be applied to female characters, but it's quite awkward!

Trigger : chest_pounding, beating chest, fists to chest,

additional tag : one fist on chest / two fists on chest
