The Templar Impaler enemy from Darkest Dungeon, a cultist mutated into a freaky scorpion taur thing. Very fun to mix with other characters. Adjusting strength to the 0.85 or higher range should allow the mouth arms, but will start to take on the darkest dungeon style. If the mouth arms aren't needed 0.7 strength is good for most other features while not using too much of the style from the game.
