This is an alternative for relaxed poses for models. Usually models give a stiff upright appearance for sitting poses, this is designed to slightly give more natural poses when sitting. This was trained primary with NSFW content but can produce PG stuff.

How well does it work with non-realistic styles? Is it a one Lora serves all? Or will it affect non-realistic styles?
It may alter the style slightly, you may want to reduce the strength. However if you are using Pony, just using good prompting might already work, no need for LORA
