Thank you, I used Adobe Photoshop to cut the image into pieces, then into Adobe After Effects to use puppet warp tool to add the animation, and lastly I put it into Adobe Premiere Pro to do color correction and add sunflare.

However, when preparing your stable diffusion image for animation, Photoshop Beta's new AI implementation can do most of it for you as you can select the subject easily and remove it with the generative fill. I would recommend removing the subject with generative fill first and saving that image as the base layer. Then you want to remove the background and only have the subject and save that image which will be layered above the background. The breasts should also be manually cut out and layered at the top. An important thing when it comes to the breast is depending on how much they will move, you may need to add color to replace the existing breast on the subject so it doesn't look like they have four boobs.
