This is my Ass On Glass LoRA. Frankly, I'm starting to run out of ideas. If you have any idea that you really want a LoRA for, I'm open to ideas.
This took two attempts to train correctly. My first dataset was not up to standard, and my second was with the caveat that it had more furry content than I would personally permit, so I would put '(furry), (animal ears)' in your negative prompt.
A strength of 0.6 to 0.8 is good. I use 0.75. I will admit, to have the full glass-squish appearance, it might require a higher weight. This prompt is still tricky with shots from below where the character is sitting on a glass table. The keyword is "ass on glass".

Heya, love your checkpoints, can't way to try this... but suggestions?
1: A de-chibi-fier/height/size normalizer. I tender to favor cuter stuff with solid linework and with anime loras this tends to... lead to some sort of unholy dwarf creature. I have a million and one loras to make them curvier, but no way to stretch them out without destroying the rest of the style.
2:A before/after thing. Side by side pics, I'd want it mostly for bimbofication stuff but other uses would be say, werewolf/demon/super transformations, sudden proportion gain, etc.
Probably impossible, since if you manage this you'd be part way to having taught stablediffusion to having separate (complex)descriptions for multiple characters in a scene.
For the first one, I'd be making a hypernetwork/textual inversion like the bad-prompt one I use. I have little experience in it, and frankly, the learning process is not worth it to me. Making a LoRA for normal height is fine, but reducing LoRA usage as much as possible tends to produce better images (IMO). LoRA's are meant to narrow down prompting that can't be gotten across with normal prompt methods, so I'd try more varied and weighted prompts.
The second one seems possible. It is true that stable diffusion struggles with complex descriptions for more than one thing, but I think it'd turn out well enough. The dataset would have to be more curated than my usual gathering process, but I'll look into it.
A great Lora. However finicky it is, it gets the job done and does is well. When you get it right it looks great.
And if you're looking for ideas for Lora's might I suggest orc girls. It's almost impossible to do with regular models and I haven't seen a Lora of it yet.
I can do Orc Girls.
Overall, I think there's a TON of "copy of this person" LORAs, checkpoints, and embeddings. But not a lot of things that directly contribute to actual projects like video games.
Ideas:
Semi-realistic/anime Instagram "e-girl" poses. Control-net uses a ton of resources for most users who don't have a 4090 or sufficient cloud computing and doing these poses in a Lora might be more effective than controlnet.
Video game victory/defeat poses
Haven't seen something like this yet
Automatic sprite template for 2D fighting/side-scroller game
Maybe this is just an open pose thing, but it's an idea.
Dating sim scenario templates
Maybe could help transition from just digital art into more advanced/sophisticated work like light novel assets.
Webtoon/manga/manwha templates
Maybe could help artists of popular series to churn out work at higher speed or in less time.
These are all great ideas... for someone who has more time than me.
The problem with training for exact poses (the kind you get from controlnet) without using controlnet, is that it's really really difficult. You can get a general pose, like the ones I provide, but unless you have really good and clean training data that doesn't deviate from the pose, it's not happening. Even then, you'd have to hand-pick your dataset if you want a specific pose that isn't a sex position / really iconic pose.
Victory and Defeat poses are definitely possible, I imagine they would be easier to gather a dataset for and it would lend well to training for a LoRA. It would be pretty general in use so nothing too specific.
An automatic sprite template could be taken a bunch of ways, all of which sound like they'd kinda fall flat. Getting the dataset for a LoRA of it would be difficult, and other ways don't sound that promising, other than controlnet in conjunction with a LoRA.
I could imagine doing a dating sim pose LoRA template, unless you mean the specially drawn artwork that pops up in a VN every now and then.
Incorporating AI into comic/manga art sounds like a lot of hassle, even if it were geared to do so with a model specifically trained for it.
Great Job! Do you have plan to create Lora for tits on glass also?
already exists I think
@ChimpEnjoyer Yes, you are right. But I have a feeling that other Lora's are not of the best quality... from looking at the shape of the nipples, etc.
Anal grip lora would be really cool imo
I can't get the Lora to work, can someone help me please? It just doesn't do the ass against the glass.
