To get into the mood for this Lora here is Celadon City's theme
According to Bulbapedia, Erika has different eye colors depending which game you are playing. Also her fanart sometimes shows her with a yellow top and sometimes green.
So colors are somewhat inconsistent but that's the official design.
I prefer her with green eyes and a green top, because Grass Gym Leader, so thats how this Lora leans.
