This is another concept by artist WossaRem. They depict safety bondage sacks to restrain prisoners and keep them silent while in confinement.

As with all my other models this one might need to be retrained because it is very stubborn about fusing the arms to the sides, but cross arm and behind the back work just as well. The "alt costume" prompt will also add the rubber shoulder pads to the costume for extra safety.
