Prototype Comic/Semi-realism Hybrid Model
This prototype is designed to push the boundaries of the my own learning of model merging with a comic inspired aesthetic while blending elements of semi-realism. The goal is to create a dynamic, ever-evolving generation output that balances the detailed anime sketch-like nature of flux with and expressive features typical of comic art. While I was experimenting with a unique LORA that is still in development ("coming soon™" 😜), I’ve paired it with some hand-crafted comic book-style LORAs and a fashion LORA I created to explore new creative possibilities. Did I achieve something truly unique? I’ll leave that for you to decide — feel free to let me know your thoughts! 😄
Model Merge Breakdown:
Custom Style LORAs: A combination of my personal style LORAs, tailored to create distinctive, artistic outputs. Each one adds its own flavor to the model's overall aesthetic.
Comijc by Reijlita: This LORA adds a comic book-inspired touch, imbuing the artwork with bold outlines, dramatic shading, and the dynamic storytelling feel characteristic of graphic novels.
Hassaku XL (Illustrious) by Ikena: A powerful checkpoint by Ikena that injects a touch of high-quality semi-realism, resulting in stunning, refined details and a more polished, mature finish to the images.
A huge thank you to all the amazing creators who made this checkpoint possible — without their incredible work, this wouldn't have come together! 🙏

Awesome, I've been trying to create something similar to no avail so this is perfect to me!
Thank you, i hope it works out for you, its really my first try at a checkpoint even if its just a merge :)
Description tldr
Use to generate alien space cats, got it 👍
:D:D i never say no to cats....and space. :D
A stylish and versatile model that delivers beautiful results. Definitely worth adding to your rotation!
Thank you so much :)
Really cool model to experiment with. The most striking features, imo, are the really good shadows, they're aligning really well with the subject/object, it's really impressive.
And the other one is the default face model that differs from the "face-you-are-used-to-see-everywhere", from most of the models on Civit.
Incredible model, i can't wait for to see the rest of the "season" :D
thank you so much :D
I have unfortunately has a few issues with my set up that kept me from improving on it a little more. I think one issue i would like to address is the very sepia tones it seems to default to which is a result of one of the loras i baked into it.
@purplelady Depending on what extension you used to make this model, they might be an option to adjust the contrast/color tones/brightness :)
@Ziperto i used mecha merge for the most part it didn't have anything like that, i am open to advice if you have it, because i havn't done much research into it (lies... i have tried and didn't understand it :P)
@Ziperto i used comfui node called "merge mecha" i think.
they didn't have any options, if you have any advice please share because i am new to this model creations stuff and am probably missing alot, (i have tried looking it up and failed to understand it :P)
@purplelady Sure! Also @Chumple twist my arm so i use your model 😄
@Ziperto I regret nothing lol. @purplelady I'll have to look into Mecha Merge. I used the ModelMergeBlocks node for my models but I don't really know what I'm doing. I just keep trying out different things until the checkpoint seems solid.
@Chumple same :D
anyone have a workflow for this?
you can try dragging any of my images into comfyui, I tend to leave all my workflows embedded
