My humble attempt to create a multi-character LoRA. Some of the sample images are retouched with img2img (especially the tattoos), so don't panic if you don't get the same results. This LoRA contains 21 characters from One Piece.
Some characters might be missing a bit of detail, it is quite hard to keep all the details without overfitting the Lora, I might do individual characters in the future.
Recommended weight: 1.0
Trigger words for each character: boa1, bny1, cro1, hiy1, koa1, mar1, mon1, nampos1, nampre1, per1, reb1, rej1, rbnpos1, rbnpre1, stu1, sul1, uli1, utta1, vol1, viv1, ymt1

Not sure if it was just dumb luck but the file seems to work if you put it under LyCORIS not Lora.
