This LoRa was made exclusively for the https://civarchive.com/articles/2755 contest.
Mix this LoRa with another in this contest >>> https://civarchive.com/collections/91051 - Deadline ends Nov 10 2023
EDIT: Rejected twice, now approved. Still dont know why it was rejected. Enjoy it folks.
119 training pics of very old school 1600s-1900s occult art drawn mostly in old books, only half the pictures are captioned. I plan to caption all of them in the next version, but that may take a few days. Captioning high quality captions is a huge time sink. The training data consists of a very specific type of intricate and super detailed occult art with a lot going on in the image.
Trained on -
Network dimension 64
Network alpha 32
Its why the LoRa size is so large, 400mb.
I intend to update this in the near future and the next versions LoRa size will be lowered by half or more by using Network alpha 16 and Network dimension 32. I set it way too high to milk as much quality as possible.
WARNING: Due to the training data being old scroll and parchment style artwork, this style does not translate well with realistic art, it will cause realistic stuff to look like a 1970s-1980s picture quality movie. It works well with not realistic like cartoons, drawings, paintings, sketches, and anime, etc.
Usage: Trigger word is "0ccult" spelled with a ZERO, not a letter o. I used a 0/zero to differentiate it from data in the models already trained on occult stuff so my LoRa would have a higher priority.
Use a higher LorA strength if you are not seeing old school parchment style art style.
<lora:0ccult_works_of_Art_SDXL:1.2> gave me more LoRa effect whille <lora:0ccult_works_of_Art_SDXL:1> was barely noticable.
Increase the CFG to 8 to get a stronger prompt effect.

lame , why is it rejected?
Bias maybe?, maybe a mod is religious and automatically assumed "occult" is NSFW devil/demonic stuff. I've been into occult art for over 20s years and thats the default response I get from religious folk due to ignorance. Or maybe the mods are afraid this lora may offend the big bad illuminati or masonic society. I'm just assuming/coping though. I haven't received a response in two days so I'm just gonna assume I've been ghosted.
Its been approved out of the blue.
@fox23vang226 Honestly, it probably just got caught by some automatic filter by mistake.. Technology is funny. This site is 90% anime titties, so I doubt the people who run it are devout Sunday school students.
Awesome LoRA, though! I was planning to make a similar one based on esoteric engravings and whatnot.
@RiverElsewhere You should make one, Im not the best at making LoRa's. Im sure you could do much better than me.
@fox23vang226 I just started making them about two weeks back myself, so I suppose we're both learning! Hopefully I can get around to making this one soon.
The rules for what is or is not allowed are very inconsistent. They will be very lax in some areas such as allowing uncensored hardcore pornography as long as it is an anonymous person or a cartoon character that doesn't look like a real person and also allowing models of fictional characters in generation, which are all violations of IP law (that means illegal except for fair use purposes) no matter how family friendly the image might be, yet they are over strict in other areas such as not allowing bikinis or summer dresses on any image of a real person. My Elvira LoRA for a few months ago had all of it's images except for a couple closeups of her face removed by the mods due to the fact that the signature dress that she nearly always wears shows a lot of cleavage and leg. I'm pretty sure she's been on prime time TV wearing that same dress before and it wasn't censored at all. Nobody had any issue with it, but here it is verboten because the character is played by a real person. The rules are illogical and stupid.
