Wan2.1 Anti Realistic Transformation is a merged LoRA model designed to counteract the tendency of Wan video models to automatically convert anime characters into realistic styles. Specifically, it prevents the addition of incongruous realistic features—such as overly thick, realistic red lips—to anime characters during image-to-video generation, preserving their original artistic style
## 🛠️ How to Use
### Quick Start
1. Download the model
2. Load like normal Wan2.1 lora
3. No trigger words, recommanded strength: 1.0, 1.2, 1.5
### About 480p/720p/rank32-256 models
All tests were conducted using Wan21-Anti-Realistic-Transformation-720p-rank256.safetensors loaded onto Wan2.1-i2v-480p-fp16.safetensors. I think most resolutions/ranks should remain functional. For optimal results without extensive experimentation, I recommend the 720p-rank256 as your primary setup.
I only have a low-vram card (**ONLY NVIDIA RTX 3050 Laoptop 4G**), so I can't make more test cases for different situations
Civitai only has 720p-rank256 model, and other models can be viewed in huggingface repository (plz scroll to article bottom to view)

Compatibility likely remains effective (untested).
Wan2.2 demonstrates superior support for anime art styles compared to Wan2.1.

Maybe you're just confused by large breasts
I think these are bad examples but I have noticed an improvement using this Lora at least with 2.2 WAN. I feel like it eliminates a little bit of the "rotoscoping" effect with anime style images.

My current demos are all 384x512 videos generated with fixed seeds and fixed LoRA, so they might appear slightly blurry due to the resolution constraints. While the improvements might be subtle at first glance, the side-by-side comparisons clearly demonstrate the LoRA's core objectives:
1️⃣ Preserving authentic anime aesthetics (line-art lips, dot-style noses, and other stylized features)
2️⃣ Minimizing interference with motion dynamics

This model is a LoRa Merge model, not one that was trained. While I haven’t done proper testing, it seems you can use this LoRa directly as one for Wan 2.2. The results are unknown, though there might still be some effect—it’s recommended that you give it a try.
Wan2.2 seems to have better support for anime—it’s not as easy to turn anime styles into realistic human-like ones. As far as I know, there are also many similar fusion models, such as High Noise models that support both Wan2.1 and 2.2 LoRAs, along with various other fusion models. Trying to combine them could lead to better results.
@xChenNing It s better, but some loras in generating also very change style from original I2V pic.
