Sitri is an antagonist from the anime The Tale of the Outcasts (Nokemono-tachi no Yoru). This model covers only his anthro dragon form. It does not include his human form. I recommend using an external generator paired with a furry model. Check images for prompt guidance. Working on a new version. Just need to train it once I get new GPU working.
