This is Sarah Bryant from Virtua Fighter series but specifically her look when she appeared as guest fighter in Dead Or Alive 5

I'm aware that Illustrious is not a good fit with 3D CG model style but I tried, using DOA5 screenshots and Blender model from various angles for the training. Well, as expected my attempt on generating 3D CG style doesn't work well.

So put "3d" and "realistic" in the negative prompt instead (or maybe you can have better luck with realism friendly Illustrious model)

For the outfit:

blue suit, leather gloves, leather boots

May need to add "sleeveless suit" and "fingerless gloves" to be more specific

EDIT: adding "1990s \(style\)" works brilliantly (if you're into that look), I'll add some to the showcase
