四折叠很难复现，三折叠姿势有时候也不稳定，看上去底模对这样的复杂动作很难理解，不过用这个Lora还是挺有用的，至少能生成出来正确的形变姿势

The quadfold is hard to generate, and the triplefold posture is sometimes unstable. It seems that the base model has difficulty understanding such complex actions, but this Lora is still quite useful, at least it can generate the correct contortion posture.
