This LoRA was mainly trained for first-person perspective, so generating a third-person side view can be quite difficult.
The results also depend on which checkpoint you use, so I recommend trying different ones.
Based on my experience, WAI-NSFW-illustrious-SDXL often does not reflect the “nipple tweaking” aspect very well.
