also there are to versions of Aphrodite... the original and the alternative, the alt version sometimes does things better than the original and vice versa... Summary:
Unpruned models have training data in them like the global training steps and the training framework used to alter the weights.
Pruned models include only what is needed for generation.
P.S. Perhaps the guys who are doing this can explain it better/in more detail, but since the question was addressed to me, I tried to give an answer)
