Pro version of Babes_By_Stable_Yogi Pony is available on my Patreon

Onsite generations are permanently available on this version:
    👉 Babes_By_Stable_Yogi: https://civarchive.com/models/174687?modelVersionId=2110984

    Babes By Stable Yogi V6.5

V6.5 is a substantial step up from V6.0.

Anatomy, Expressions and gestures, Environments, Pose stability

A lot of these fixes came directly from feedback identified by our Patreon community — folks running the in-development checkpoints, noting what broke, and helping us prioritize what to fix for the next version.

    ## 🚀 Be part of the next version

We run a free image generator at discord.gg/DZEenb5wGc that ships the next-in-development checkpoint inline. Explorers generate with it, report shortfalls, and we record that feedback into the build queue for the following version.

If you've ever wanted to be part of how a checkpoint is actually made — hop in. Free to use, no install, no setup. Generate, find issues, tell us, and you'll see your fixes land in the next release.

    ## File lineup

Six format variants ship for general use:

(FP16) | Default for most users — best quality / speed balance |

    (BF16) | RTX 3000+ with BF16 support, slight speed edge |

(FP8 Scaled) | ~8 GB VRAM cards — Forge & ComfyUI native, no extra nodes |

    (NF4) | Lowest VRAM (4-6 GB) — Forge native, ComfyUI with bnb_nf4 node |

(Q6_K) | Highest quality GGUF — needs ComfyUI-GGUF or [my Forge GGUF extension for forge ui] (https://github.com/brandulateai/sd-forge-sdxl-gguf-brandulateai) |

    DMD2 — 4 steps, CFG 1.2, LCM sampler. Fastest option |

    ## Recommended settings

    Standard variants:

    - Sampler: Euler a or DPM++ 2M

    - Scheduler: Karras

    - Steps: 25–30

    - CFG: 5–7

    DMD2 variant only:

    - Sampler: LCM

    - Steps: 4 (yes, four)

    - CFG: 1.2

    Resolution: native SDXL — 1024×1024, 832×1216, 1216×832 work cleanly.

    Important Usage Tips

    Description

    V6 — Natural Portrait Realism

V6 is tuned for lifelike, editorial-style portraits that hold up in close-ups and groups. It renders clean skin, true-to-life lighting, and believable fabric/hair detail while staying responsive to prompts (poses, outfits, moods). Works for SFW lifestyle and tasteful NSFW sets.

What it does well (based on your images)

    • Group & duo portraits without face collapse; consistent identities across the frame.

    • Close-up realism: pores, lashes, subtle freckles; crisp yet natural eyes.

    • Texture fidelity: mesh/knit fabrics, belts/buckles, camouflage patterns, braided & curly hair.

    • Lighting control: soft indoor, daylight/beach, window light; balanced contrast and shadow roll-off.

    • Prompt adherence: outfits/props/locations follow instructions without drifting.

    Quick Start (SDXL)

    • Sampler: LCM (Euler a also good)

    • Steps: 6-10

    • CFG: 1.1-2.1

    • Resolution: 832×1216, 1024×1024, 1024×1360, 1216×832 (native SDXL sizes)

    • Embeddings:

      • Negative: Stable_Yogis_PDXL_Negatives-neg

      • Positive: Stable_Yogis_PDXL_Positives

Bait model, nice images but only from offsite generation. Onsite generated all crap.

@Stable_Yogi I have pretty much the same problems. Even if i copy the seed, sampler and prompts etc. over, the images I get don't look anything like the original. I have been using plenty of sdxl models without problems.

@Lucas_Kane My images are generated in A1111, and you may be trying to recreate them in Comfy ui, thats the main difference.
these UIs have very different results. Try A1111 and see the magic.

    Lucas_KaneAug 28, 2025· 1 reaction

@Stable_Yogi Actually, I am also using A1111. I will try a few different things. Running it through all samplers and schedulers.

@Stable_Yogi Forget what I said. I am stupid. I downloaded the wrong model. I used the pony version instead of the SDXL version. The SDXL version actually produces good images.

You seem to like putting out multiple subversions of a release, but have been providing little, to no info as what the differences are between these subversions. This is not helpful, please provide at least some info on what the specific differences are between subversion.

Please check the about this model section.

    AImodels4me2useAug 22, 2025· 1 reaction

    @Stable_Yogi
I do, but about all I can see differing is minor usage info like suggested samplers, steps, and CFG. Then even that info is something of a pain to get as it is in no way highlighted, so we need to have a tab open for each subversion, and carefully read each part, by part, comparing them.

Although even then, even if you see those things, there's no indication of WHY those differences exist. For instance, you used to indicate the DMD2 ones, were based off of DMD2. Well great, but there was no indication as to what DMD2 even was, and lately you're not even stating that much. After doing a bit of a search on DMD2, I guess you mean it was based on a more porn related model, but since you made no clear indication, I can only assume this is the case, which itself is part of my point. Also you just recently made an ALT version of the DMD2 subversion, but there is no about entry for it, so what is different between the two? Then what's FP16, what's BF16, and why should I care?

You make good models, LoRA, and such, but if you're going to make sub variations of them, please at least clearly indicate what makes one, different from the others, so we can pick which would be right for us, without having to get them all, and test them extensively. I'm sure you know what makes them different, but we can't read your mind, you need to tell us these things directly.

@AImodels4me2use for a little info: BF16 is for data center GPUS, FP16 is for gaming cards.

    rollerinotAug 22, 2025· 2 reactions

@Stable_Yogi I agree with @AImodels4me2use, specifically, whats the difference between the last DMD vs DMD_alt ? there is nothing on "about this", I just can see on metadata that DMD is low steps low cfg and DMD_alt is higher cfg and low steps. Is there anything else that can help to figure out what results should we expect by using the different alternatives? thanks, you are doing a superb job but more info is appreciated :)

@rollerinot  Thanks for pointing this out 🙏 To make things clearer going forward, I’ll no longer mention FP16/BF16 builds separately.

From now on, I’ll keep only:

    Main Version

DMD2 → tuned as a “lightning” LoRA: faster generations with fewer steps and lower CFG.

DMD2 Alt → fine-tuned for broader sampler compatibility, usable from 6 up to 30 steps, with stronger prompt adherence and detail retention.

Both versions are staying up so you can pick whichever matches your workflow best. I’ve also updated the descriptions to make these differences clear.

for now, fp16 is your regular model, bf16 is another model that is good with new hardware.
DMD2 is not a porn thing, DMD2 is a lightning lora its used with Low CFG and Low Steps.

Some people asked me that DMD2 is good with details but at LOW CFG prompt adherence is bad, So i fine tune that and now it can support up to CFG 7 and up to 30 Steps and some more samplers. Check description of the model, its updated with all details. (Still experimental phase)

    nationalwolftvzz200Aug 23, 2025· 3 reactions

@Stable_Yogi  As an alternate view, I see no problem with your current naming convention, clear enough I would say. Labeling FP16/BF16 builds separately is concise and for me helpful,

    rollerinotAug 23, 2025· 3 reactions

@Stable_Yogi yup it is fine to post as versions as you wish if you think this can be useful to someone. We just need the info. FP16 and BF16 is somehow easy to find googling what's the difference, but some creators just make "alt" or "_b" versions without any explanation and that hurts heheh cheers!

    nationalwolftvzz200Aug 23, 2025· 1 reaction

@Stable_Yogi Thanks! BTW the DMD2 Alt fine tune CFG, is a really good step up and very interesting

    AImodels4me2useAug 24, 2025· 2 reactions

    @rollerinot
Doing a web search for what this, or that assumes the creator is following some degree of a standardized naming structure. Although I've often run into people that just make up their own acronyms, and such, and for some reason assume everyone will know what they are. Then in some cases, their made up acronym is the same as another that already exists, or they just use the wrong one, like people that refer to "free to play", as FTP, rather than F2P, when FTP is an acronym for File Transfer Protocol.

Like for the DMD2, when I did a search here, it sure looked like it was a more porn related model, and even the images Stable_Yogi used for it were had more nudity than for other subversions, so it seemed to fit. I could only assume that was what was going on, when supposedly it refers to a faster image generation model. This is the problem, I can just guess what this, or that means, and my guess could be wrong. Which was why I was asking for at least some extra info. Thankfully, it seems Stable_Yogi agreed to provide more moving forward.

    AImodels4me2useAug 24, 2025· 1 reaction

    @Stable_Yogi
If you decided you wanted to literally make 50 subversions, that's fine. I'm not saying you should make less, make all the ones you want to.

All I'm saying is I'd like at least a bit more clear info on how each differs. The info you relayed here on the general differences between each sounds good, tell us that, and that would be quite helpful.

FP16 is regular model 27 steps. DMD2Alt is faster version with 6 to 27 steps range.
DMD2 ALT should be good for you.

After messing around with v6 more, I find it gets most things right, and between your more recent Babes, and Realism models, Babes v6 was the only one able to produce this one image I wanted to make.

Only notable draw back I've seen so far, is it doesn't seem to handle skin tone as nicely as v5. Latinas for instance often come out lighter in skin tone than with v5.

One of my favorite models. It is really good at doing what you say in the prompt. Its the only model I've used that does cellulite booties without having to use LORAS for it and it makes curvy to HUGE without really needing a LORA as well as muscular physiques, good stuff! thank you for this model.

Anyone knows the trick to get a hand held selfie from front camera (not mirror selfie with phone visible). there is a lora for this but it's with faces and messes up my lora character.

I think the best way to get that kind of angle is to use the prompt:

(she is taking a selfie in her room, arm out, from above)

this gives the angle you're looking for 😁

(I've uploaded some examples in my gallery 👍)

    i used to use v 3

but now i decided to use v6 and this issue came up

tensor with all NaNs was produced in VAE.

Web UI will now convert VAE into 32-bit float and retry.

To disable this behavior, disable the 'Automatically revert VAE to 32-bit floats' setting.

To always start with 32-bit VAE, use --no-half-vae commandline flag

    how do i fix this?

I know this is not the focus of this series, but I have to say it does hands and feet very well for every model I have used (SD XL, Pony, Illustrious). Pleasing results across the board, except for SD XL version which generates very over saturated colors even with alternate VAE and extremely low CFG.
