How to make your skin white, otherwise it looks like it's permanently tanned?
Use tags "fair skin" and "pale skin". Using "tanned" "tanlines" "dark skin" in negative if you want to avoid always been tan or dark skin, but the first two in tags used in positive prompt are probably good enough
