Works well with many samplers, I found uni_pc at 10-15 steps good for finding good seeds and then euler/euler a with 60+ steps provides really great results. Images generated in 768x1024 with RealESRGAN_x2 upscale. 1536x2048 can lead to more consistent and detailed face but takes ages to infer. For scheduler I just use normal but simple should work too.
No trigger word needed just include "Beautiful blonde woman" or similar and it should work, I had some success with brown hair generation but wasn't always consistent.
Depending on use case, strength should be around 0.8-1.2, 1.2 for easier images where consistency is priority, ~0.8 if you are struggling to get the model to create your scenario.
