In FLUX, the default is a very occidental looking, so you should should put some extra strength on the LORA (1.25 to 2), and add "brown/black hair" and "polynesian" to the prompt.
The focus on upper body and high angle on the set make the torso smaller with higher strength. Use "tall" on prompt to balance.
