For Illustrious (and Pony), you don't want to "describe" the character's features, you want to assign existing Danbooru tags the model recognizes. Illustrious isn't great at handling arbitrary tags, and this also means it doesn't benefit from the model's knowledge on how things "work" in generation (e.g., that skirts move in the wind) and runs strong risk of parts being read as tags.
I'd recommend a tag set something like "W_PP, ponytail, long hair, fez, earrings, red lipstick, orange hair, crop top, navel, arm garter, genie, ghost tail" (genie may not even be needed).
