3.1 offers better versatility and stability, but 3.0 feels like it has a higher ceiling. I'd personally prefer 3.0 slightly more.
v2.0 is still the best performing one for me for character sprite creation. When I use either v3.1 or v3.0 they both make SUPER thin waists and legs. Faces also look worst compared to v2.0.
V3.1 and V3.0 do have better character designs.
V3.1 is better than V3.0.
Still preferer staying at v2.0
